WHAT THE SITE KEEPS.

The basket is stored only in your browser using local storage. It contains coffee IDs and quantities so the basket can persist on your device. LAZYKID does not receive this basket data unless you choose to send an email request.

The order-request form prepares text in your browser. If you send the email, the name, reply email, fulfilment preference, address and note you include are processed to answer the request, confirm availability, quote shipping where requested and arrange pickup or delivery.

RETENTION, RECIPIENTS & RIGHTS.

Email requests are kept only for as long as needed to handle the request, any resulting purchase and applicable record-keeping duties. They are accessible to LAZYKID and the email/hosting providers needed to operate the service. No third-party analytics or advertising service receives visitor data from the current site.

You can ask about, correct or request deletion of your personal data by emailing blabla@lazykid.com. Some information may need to be retained where Swiss law requires it.
