ORDER TERMS.
The browser basket prepares an email request. It does not reserve a bottle, take payment or create a confirmed order.
HOW A REQUEST WORKS.
Choose available bottles, select Zürich HB pickup or a shipping quote, and send the prepared email. LAZYKID replies within 24 hours to confirm availability and the final next step. A purchase is only arranged after LAZYKID clearly confirms the details by email.
PRICES & FULFILMENT.
Bottle prices are shown in CHF for the stated 150g format. A first bottle may receive the displayed at-cost price. Shipping is quoted individually and is not included in the bottle total until it is confirmed by email. LAZYKID roasts on demand; allow 1–3 business days before dispatch after confirmation.
Zürich HB pickup is arranged by email on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday at 08:30 or 12:30.
RETURNS.
No change-of-mind returns or refunds are offered for confirmed orders. See the returns information for damaged or incorrect orders and the mandatory-law reservation.
